1. Services Provided

Ashley Cheston Photography provides:

Lifestyle photography sessions
Family photography sessions
Hospitality lifestyle photography
Studio photography
Editing and retouching services
Delivery of digital images

All bookings, contracts, and payments are processed through authorized third-party platforms.

2. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

All scheduling, invoicing, and payments are completed via a secure third-party booking system. By booking, you agree to the terms presented on that platform.

Deposits and cancellation policies set within the booking system apply.
No payments are accepted directly through this website.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of photography services, all payments are generally non-refundable.

A refund will only be issued in the unlikely event of catastrophic equipment or technology failure preventing delivery of usable images.

Client cancellation, rescheduling, dissatisfaction with style, personal preference, or unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ashley Cheston Photography / Lovely and Limitless LLC.

Clients receive a personal, non-commercial use license, allowing sharing, personal printing, and personal use.

Client Use Restrictions

Clients may not:

Sell or license the images
Alter images in a way that distorts artistic integrity (no AI training/filters for resale, no removal of watermark, etc.)
Use images for commercial purposes without a written commercial license

5. Photographer Usage Rights

By booking, you acknowledge that a separate signed contract authorizes the photographer to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Model Release

Clients acknowledge that a model release is contained within the signed service contract.

If you do not wish to grant image-use permission, you must request a written exception before the session.

7. Image Theft & Protection

All content on this website, including photographs, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Lovely and Limitless LLC or used with permission.

Unauthorized downloading, screenshotting, modifying, distributing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in DMCA action and legal remedies.

8. Client Data & Privacy

Personal information (such as name and email) may be collected via secure third-party tools including but not limited to:

Mailchimp
UseSession.com
Gallery delivery platforms such as Pixieset

We do not sell or share client data.
Data storage, processing, and security are governed by the terms of those platforms.

9. Third-Party Services
