THE design PROCESS

INTRODUCTION CALL
We’ll have a video conference introduction call about your brand, your vision, and how I can help you make your project come to life.

ON-BOARDING
A Service Agreement and Statement of Work will be sent via email outlining the process/strategy and the list of project deliverables. Once signed, an invoice will be sent via email to pay the deposit.

RESEARCH and REFERENCE
Once the strategy is finalized, a shared Google Slides document is created that houses all collaborative links, client input, outlines, and meeting notes.

DESIGN and REVISIONS
Once I have your information, the visual process begins. Designs will be presented and you’ll have the opportunity to make comments and changes.

FINAL PAYMENT
Once all materials are finalized and are approved to launch, print or use, a final invoice link is sent. All digital files are prepped to be sent via link, and websites pages are scheduled for live-push date.

TURNOVER and LAUNCH
After the final balance is paid, you’ll receive a link to the final documents in the requested formats and your assets can be set live.
